WHAT IS THE RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

Yes we accept returns,(30 day return policy) however we currently do NOT  accept returns for refunds. If an item is returned you will receive store credit.  Bodysuits/Bathing Suit, accessories,  and any variations of white(for example CREAM, OFF WHITE) items are ALL final sale

 

 

Items returned must have original tags on them. Returned items must have no stains, must not contain any odors,  and must be in original condition. Only items deemed RESALABLE will be accepted for returns and will be given store credit.IF items don‘t meet the criteria you will not receive store credit. Clearance and sale items are final sale. Full sale priced items bought with a coupon are Eligible for returns for store credit. 

 

 

 

 

I“m Missing an item or an item is damaged or Defective ; What do i do?

Please email support@escofashionbar.com within a week of purchase (please make sure to include clear images of Damaged or defective item) 

what do I do if i did not receive my order? (LOst or stolen orders)

You can email support@escofashionbar.com. We will try our best to track down your order. HOWEVER, Escofashionbar is not responsible for orders that are lost/stolen. Once the package leaves Escofashionbar premises and/or is shipped the liability is between you and USPS/UPS. USPS or UPS is a shipping premises you agree with Escofashionbar using when you placer your order.  

My item was damaged after worn or washed can i return?

Unfortunately, NO.  Once an item is worn or washed it will no longer be accepted for return because at that point the ownership transfers from ESCOFASHIONBAR to the CONSUMER. Also, please make sure to follow care instructions listed on tags before wearing or washing an item.
